Those who are didn't get the icon pack

I still didn't get the icon player, but I ordered the Ultimate Edition. The icon is only contain with the Ultimate Edition before August ordered, but I ordered in July. But in the Sept 19 week I got an email from Microsoft, the transaction was deleted, because I got a new card, and I forgot to changed it. But in this day, I changed it, and bought it. I talked for Microsoft support and EA support for hours, and 2 EA advisors said that I will get the icon before Sept 26, I still didn't get it.
