I am a long-term, paying customer. My Case #227546380 was closed without proper verification, dismissing a clear misunderstanding. I’ve attached screenshots showing the timeline and evidence. Loyal customers deserve better.

This was my message:

Hello EA team,

My account .... was recently banned for coin distribution. I honestly didn’t know buying coins from a website was against the rules. After that, I purchased the maximum 18,500 FUT Points officially from PlayStation (Order 786956171716806) for 749.90 RON — proof attached.

I never meant to break any rule and I’ve already supported the game legally, spending more than twice the game’s price. Please review my case with understanding and give me a second chance.

It’s my first mistake and I promise it will never happen again.
