TOTY Edition missing content
I just bought the newly released TOTY edition but i did'nt receive the packs and player picks included in this edition. How do i fix it?

I have the exact same issue while I bought it on XBox. Replied to the automated message after the 24 hours on Saturday and still waiting for an answer. Did anyone who didn't buy it on Steam got it resolved?
It's also great that this post is 17 days old and there has been no answer from EA.
