TOTY
Dear EA SPORTS FC Support Team,
My EA Account email is [edit: email address removed] (gamertag: mute_scale4), I play on PC, and my club name is Blackout FC.
During the Team of the Year (TOTY) promo (which started on January 16, 2026), I opened a 1-10 80+ pack and received a gold/base version of Claudia Pina (the regular 86-rated card). This pull happened after the TOTY items, including Claudia Pina’s TOTY card (rated 95), were released into packs.
Per the promo rules and community reports, standard gold versions of featured TOTY players should not appear in packs once their upgraded TOTY item is live—particularly in high-rated guarantee packs like the 1-10 80+. This appears to be an error, as the timing and pack type should have resulted in the TOTY version.
For reference, I have attached screenshots showing:
- The new gold Pina card pulled from the 1-10 80+ pack (highlighted as new).
- My previous Pina card (owned before TOTY, for comparison).
I kindly request compensation in the form of the TOTY Claudia Pina card (or equivalent value, such as a tradeable version or comparable pack) to address this issue fairly.
Pina is one of my favorite players this year, and I truly appreciate the work that goes into events like TOTY!
