Transfer Market bugged

This bug has been going on for over a month I can buy players normally with no issue but when I list them it says come back in 24 hours but problem is the timee doesnt go down ita been a month and when I bid on something I cant enter transfer targets because when I try to enter transfer targets it says there is a problem with ultimate team go back to main menu
