Training cones in middle of pitch bug

Hello,

I’m experiencing 1 major issues in EA SPORTS FC 26 on Xbox while playing online matches

Cones appear in the middle of the pitch during matches, as if they are training markers. This disrupts the gameplay experience.

I have payed £90 for early access and I have been unable to play since Monday due to the training cones in the middle will there be compensation due to my inability to play and earn my rewards on ultimate team
