Transfer market ban and cannot create case to appeal
Hi, someone somehow got into my account (even with 2FA) and bought 4 yildiz cards at 60k. This led me to being banned from the transfer market but when I try to appeal I always get a case not created...
If there is a ban on your account losdangerous then you need to appeal it following the steps here: https://help.ea.com/en/articles/security-and-rules/locked-banned-suspended-accounts/
