Transfer Market Restriction – Balance Transfer Flag (Need Clarification)

My account was banned from the transfer market and I strongly believe this was a mistake. I have never purchased or sold coins and have always played fairly.

EA ToS reviewed my case twice, but I feel the investigation did not consider the full context of my transfer history — especially my investments where I actually made a loss.

I request one more review or guidance because genuine players facing this issue is really sad. Thank you.
