Transfer market unlock

I have played more than 36 games and am on day 7 on my account, the transfer market is unlocked on console but not on the companion or web app. I have completed both new beginnings and venturing out already and it has been more than 48 hours since I have done that, it’s been like 4 days since at this point. I am not banned or anything. Support told me to come here about it.
