My Pina Dissappeared

I had a Time Wrap Evo of Pina but it suddenly disappeared 2 weeks ago. I thought I used her for SBC mistakenly. Then I tried to use her gold card for new Max Skills Evo but game said "You already have an Evo version of this card" so I couldn't. I checked again but I still don't have Time Wrap Pina in my players or SBC storage. Do you guys have any advise for me or have you ever experienced such a situation?
