transfer market

I can't get access to my transfer target and can't sell any player.

 I've finished all the pre-mission to get access to transfer market and I can use my coin to buy, but when I tap transfertarget it shows me "Sorry, it looks like there was a problem loading your Transfer Targets. Please try again later.", can u help me fix this, or explain what happen to my account and how long will it takes to get right.
