Transfer market

Hello,

I have been actively playing EA SPORTS FC 26 Ultimate Team for several months on PS5.

My Transfer Market works normally in-game on the console, and I have no sanctions or bans on my EA account.

However, the Transfer Market on the Web App and Companion App is still locked and shows the message:

"This Football Ultimate Team account has not yet earned access to the Ultimate Team Transfer Market on the Web or Companion App."

Could you please check my account and tell me why Web App/Companion Transfer Market access has not been granted?

    Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, we can't help with opening the Transfer Market. It will open when you've met all the criteria. You can find those details in this article. Also, keep in mind that if there are multiple accounts access Ultimate Team or if your account was actioned in the past for violating the ToS, opening the market will be delayed.
