i cant by anything from transfer market and i got banned for 24h from transfer market, the account is new and when I did the objectives to unlock the transfer market I was not able to use it also it ...

I think it's because you are new to the game (welcome). The same thing happened to me. I'm not sure if there is an appeal process (maybe one of the mods can chime in). Mine unlocked on its own about a day or two later.
