Trying to Evo bajcetic
As photos show - it will not add the stats to his card even though he is eligible and his stats are below the thresholds. What to do?

Hi, this is a visual bug on the Companion App. It will be displayed correctly when using the player on the console. If you want to preview the correct stats you can use for example Futbin.
