I bought EA Play Pro on september 20 and was able to play before the release. I still have not received a single ultimate edition reward, no points, no season pass, nothing. I have contacted ea through live chat 4 times, and they always say they are going to send it to the team and make a bug report.
I paid 120 euros and still haven't gotten anything, how come this is okay and doesn't get fixed immediately? It's been like 10 days since the first report.
Same here, no matter how many times I contact them, they always shirk their responsibility.
Any updates? I have the same issue. Is there any fix? Feels like EA isn't bothered by this at all. Full shame on them.
I just opened another ticket, they told me because I'm in Belgium I won't receive anything and no refund either since I am past the 7 day refund window. I then asked for contact with a higher up that can resolve this properly instead of an advisor, and they just closed the chat. I would like this resolved but can't figure out how to contact a higher up at all other than another live chat that will send me to an advisor again.
