Ultimate edition

I reserved the Ultimate Edition game from the first day we could, now that I want to play the 10 hours in advance it appears as if I had not purchased the game, I purchased it again today so I would like a refund in case the transaction is executed again, I would like to play and have all the benefits that they promised me for reserving the Ultimate Edition
