Ultimate Gauntlet - Unable to Connect to Ultimate Team
After playing Ultimate Gauntlet I got disconnected after the game finished and the error message “Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will be returned to the Main Menu.” This issue persisted for several games after. Eventually, I attempted to force quit the game to hopefully receive a loss so that I can play Ultimate Gauntlet and receive the objective rewards; However, now I am unable to get in to Ultimate Team at all. This is very disappointing as I was one goal away from the Llorente Winter Wildcard SBC which I had worked hard towards. In addition to this, I am missing out on promos that are invaluable to my progress at this time of the year. If there is any way to have this resolved and potentially be compensated that would be greatly appreciated. I know this is a glitch on EA’s end since my ISP has no-known issues and I am connected via ethernet. I was also able to play other games modes so it seems exclusive to Gauntlet.
