I am experiencing the exact same issue specifically in Ultimate Gauntlet 8 in the 3rd round. Every time a match ends, I am kicked out of Ultimate Team and my objective progress is lost. Other game modes work perfectly fine, so it is not an issue with my internet connection.
I've followed all the steps: I deleted ALL my squads via Web App and created a brand new one. I even tried to score an own goal and quit the match to manually reset my Gauntlet run, but the game still kicks me out and doesn't register the loss. This is 100% a server-side desync of my Gauntlet 8 progress.
I am receiving these specific error messages:
- After the end of a Gauntlet match:
"The EA Servers are unable to process your request at the current moment. Please try again later."
(This bug happens every time after finishing the match in the tournament).
- After I hard-closed the game during a match:
"Connection to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu."
(After hard-closing the game during a Gauntlet match, my account gets stuck. I cannot log back into UT on my console or the Web App as the server still thinks I am in a match).
Please escalate this to the technical team to reset my tournament entry. Also, please inform the community about compensations. I have spent a lot of time playing matches for these objectives both before the bug appeared and after. Now, all that time and effort are wasted.
