Ultimate team 14 day ban

Hello, so I got banned for 14 days for basically nothing i played the game on monday and logged out only to find that i was banned and recieved the email i will provide the screenshot of. I never used any third party services and believe this was a grave mistake. I also tried submiting this to your contact us on ea help but when i submit it it doesnt show on my cases and I tried that for 15 times and also tried to appeal my ban but it says i got no bans on the penalty tab. Please remove the ban from the account as i didnt do anything wrong. Also I will provide the screenshot of the email and the help center appeal that cannot be sent...

    Hello. We're not able to help with bans over the EA Forums. You'll need to submit a dispute to have this investigated. Instructions for that can be found in this article. Thank you.

    Read my thread I tried and nothing went through. And i see nothing on the penalties page and when i go on the article and click contact us it doesnt show anything in my tickets so please help

    You'll need to open a case with an advisor so they can help get the dispute submitted then. Also, make sure you're logged into the same account that received the ban.

    How do I open a case with an advisor if when I submit a ticket on contact us it doesnt show on my cases and ges i am lovged onto my right account that I got the 14 day ban on so please help how do i do it cause when I submit a case it doesnt show...

    Try opening a case with a different account. Make sure you mention the account you're having trouble with.
