Ultimate Team about the purchased card

On 06.12.2025 around 16:10, I purchased a legendary card pack in Ultimate Team mode. I selected a legendary player and sent it to the team, but I can't see the player on the team. I created a ticket but haven't heard back. I didn't receive any value for the pack I purchased. I would appreciate any help. I wish you good luck.

    Have you looked into the Web App or Companion App to see if you have maybe mistakenly quicksold the player item?
