The game selects the opponent's ball color rather than my own

everytime I play a match online on Ultimate team the ball keeps changing colours been happening 10 weeks now I have got in touch with EA 5 times in last 10 weeks and they stil haven’t fixed it the worse year ever for ultimate team absolutely disgusting company and false promises

    It looks like sometimes the opponent's personalized ball, pitch lines, and net colors are shown when they shouldn't.
