Ultimate team fut champs

I was playing fut champs and I believe on my 4th or 3rd game I won a game 7-4 and the game ended and as I was pressing x to continue my WiFi was working but for some reason the game bugged and I got a dnf which counted as the game loss so I only ended up getting 8 wins instead of the 9 which I deserved please compensate me as I spend money on the game with fut points and buying the game every year and things such as fut champs reward mean a lot to me
