Ultimate team game mode crashes all the time

I haven't experienced anything like this before but I am pissed that I can't even play a single game or do an sbc without the game crashing on me. I even have difficulty on opening my rewarded pack and I am being sanctioned with (dnf) which results on lowering my match earnings.. come-on ea fc team u guys should do better and reward me for stress and loss of gameplay.
