Ultimate team keeps telling me not possible catchment been like it for 2 days and I’ve tried all the recommended solutions. Can someone help

I did not get my squad battles rewards
I got to elite 3 and was waiting for the rewards in the squad battles menu and when ut finished i didn't get my rewards i checked multiple times got in and out of the ut account but still not there
