Ultimate Team SP Not Registering for 7 Days After Buying Season Pass
Hi EA Team,
I am facing a serious issue in Ultimate Team. For the past 7 days, none of my Season Points are being registered toward my Season Rewards progress.
I purchased the Season Pass using FIFA Points, so this is a paid feature. Since then, every objective I complete shows as done, but the SP does not get added to my overall progress. Because of this, I am unable to level up or unlock the rewards included in the Season Pass.
I have already tried the following:
- Restarted the game multiple times
- Logged out and logged back in
- Checked objectives again after completion
- Verified my internet connection
The issue is still not resolved. It has been a full week, and I am losing progress and rewards during a limited-time season. This is extremely frustrating, especially after spending FIFA Points on the pass.
Please investigate this issue urgently and either:
- Restore the missing Season Points to my account
- Fix the tracking immediately
- Compensate for the lost progress due to this bug
