Un-fair play

I encountered a hacker today while playing EA FC 26. The individual gained control of all my players, leaving me unable to move or compete fairly. As a result, I lost the match, which prevented me from earning packs and completing the Kudus objective. This experience was extremely frustrating and significantly diminished the enjoyment of the game.
