UN Manageable evolution

hello everyone, i am facing a problem with my packs in the store , i cant open unless i manage items before i can move forward , the problem is the item is an evolution i cant redeem every time i try to redeem i get this message “ there was a problem connecting to the football ultimate team servers. please try again later” although everything is working normally and i am playing champions and rivals and everything so i am stuck at this point having a lot of packs cant open them unless i redeem this evolution which is un redeemable and having this error . if any one can help me please i will be thankful as i tried to connect to an EA advisor live chat but couldn't do it and i sent a message to EA help on twitter but with no response so i need help please . i will upload a video of the problem
