Unable process a evo

Hi I am writing to you if you are able to help me with a problem I’m having with one of the evolutions ( covering grounds ) I have 3 remaining to use but everyone time I click get evolution it keeps me out and tells me a error connecting with ultimate team but lets me do all other evolutions

    Did you start one of the evolutions on a player and removed it before you completed it and claimed it?

    If so then there's a bug that will prevent you from using the remaining ones you have for that specific evo.

    Not seen any eta on a fix as of yet unfortunately.
