Re: Ultimate team error

Hi EA Support,

I'm having a problem accessing Ultimate Team in EA Sports FC 26 on Xbox. 
While playing a live event, my game crashed. Since then, whenever I try to enter Ultimate Team, I get the message:
"Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu."

I tested with another account, and Ultimate Team works fine on the same console, so the issue is specific to my EA account. 
I've already tried clearing cache, deleting saved data, reinstalling the game, and restarting my console, but nothing helped.

Please reset or resync my Ultimate Team session or profile on your servers.
