Unable to access Ultimate Team on main account (Steam) – account-specific issue

I am unable to access Ultimate Team on my main account via Steam for several days.
Error message:
"Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu."

The issue is account-specific:
- Same PC and network
- Second account works fine
- Web App access is inconsistent after attempting to log in via the game

EA Support previously documented this as a bug and advised me to follow up after two days.
This issue is causing me to miss time-limited content such as Gauntlet objectives, Weekend League, and Rivals rewards.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue, or can a Community Manager escalate this to the game team?

    nope, i have been in contact with ea help desk for 5 times now over a week time. they are working on the bug but you know how long that can take with ea...

    Same problem, I log in to EAFC 25 and I can't get into EAFC 26 for 3 days now.

    This problem appears to be happening on ps5 as many have reported in here and on reddit about the connection issues ea please sort this out

    its insane, i have not been able to play the game for a week now. they dont realise how much u miss out on because off that.
