Unable to Connect to Ultimate Team (EA FC 26)
Hello,
For the last 4 to 5 days, I am not being able to connect to Ultimate Team in EA FC 26. I did not receive any ban, rather was facing an issue with the round 4 match of the Gaunlet event. I won and lost it many times by playing full 90 mins, but the match did not register, and every time I was stuck playing with the same team without any progress. Then on the 7th or 8th attempt I intentionally disconnected my internet connection in the first minute of the match in an attempt to fix the bug, but right after that I have been receiving this message. I tried logging in through my friend's PS5, it didnt work. I can connect to ultimate team with my secondary account through my PS5. So, it is clearly not my machine issue. I am playing pro club, online seasons, etc. smoothly, but cant connect to Ultimate Team.
I sincerely seek your supprt in fixing the problem. I am missing out on the latest promos and evos and I am an avid EA FC 26 follower and gamer.
