Unable to connect with ToS team

A few days ago, I was punished and all my coins were removed from Ultimate Team. As far as I'm aware, I did nothing wrong so I believe it was incorrectly applied. The only option that we have is to file an appeal with the ToS team. This appeal is limited to 1000 signs and is the only way to communicate.

At this stage, I filed 6 appeals and in the first ones I provided proof but I started to notice that all replies from them seem generic. I started asking questions, very simple and straightforward questions that a human being should be able to respond to, but all I received was the exact same response. 

This means I was banned through some algorithm and there is no way for me to know what I supposedly did wrong. As a result, I haven't been able to do any trading as of that moment (fear of losing my full account) and I'm wondering whether it is worth to buy fc27 knowing that I may be banned for something I don't know.

@EA: Please work on the ToS team so people can actually talk to someone.

    That is a joke. Anything you might've done? bought a player for "too cheap/expensive" or have you bought coins? Either way, the fact you had no reasoning is insane. If you cant get EA to do anything I might even go to your console support (as long as you are using console) steam would be even better tbf.

  • I have been trading the exact same way for months and on multiple accounts. For some reason, only one got punished. I look at the current promo, I buy players whom I think will increase in value (for example FoF Koulibaly) and relist them for a higher price. When they go out of packs, the price increases and they eventually sell. In my example I bought them for 16-18k each and relisted them at 29k. They eventually sell, it just goes slowly.
