Unable to log in to Web App / Companion

Hello,

I have an EA SPORTS FC account. A few hours ago I was able to log in to the Web App/Companion without any problems.
But since [write the time, e.g. “18:00 UTC today”] I keep getting the following error message when trying to log in:

“Login Unavailable – We’re currently having trouble with login services. While we work on it, you can try to log in from your Console or PC to get the full Football Ultimate Team experience.”

I can still log in and play Ultimate Team from my console/PC, but the Web App/Companion does not work for this account. Other accounts work fine on the same device.

Could you please check my account and remove any restrictions or tell me what is causing this issue?
