Unable to play Early Access. No Full Menu

I have had this issue since early access was available, as have 100,000's of others. I have spoken to EA Support (screenshot attached) and they are still working on a fix? Surely this should have been investigated and resolved by now.

Is there at least a suggestion of what this issue is? I have paid good money to play the game early and resigning myself to the fact I've wasted my money unless this can be resolved quickly.
