Bought My EAFC 26 ultimate edition before 26th August but did not get any rewards from Ultimate Team. no icon, no points, no season pass. Help @EA
I bought it from steam. I found the solution. Had to redeem preorder bonus from eafc 26 store page in steam to get it in game.
Any chance you’re on Xbox? Same thing for me here an I’ve now just realized I’m playing the standard version and the Xbox store says I don’t own the ultimate edition even though I preordered it august 16th

I have the same issue, I have the switch 2 version. When I first loaded the game on launch day, it gave an error message saying it couldn’t load the rewards or something. Wish I took a screenshot of it.

we cant Enter Ultimate team even though we preordered fifa26

“it is in the moment not possible to Connect with Ultimate team. You Will now be redirectet to the mainsmanu”
