Unable to play matches.

So I am for some reason getting disconnected every time I try to play a match on ultimate team. All other online features works fine but every time I try to enter a match I get kicked off ultimate team. Help would be much appreciated.

    Please follow this guide to delete the personal settings 1 and the online squad updates files, then restart the game and try again to start a match. Sometimes, these files become corrupted, which can cause problems starting a match.

    If that alone doesn't help, also try deleting your active squad from the Companion app or the Web app, and set a new empty active squad there, before returning to your platform to try playing a match again. 

    Refreshing the squad data might resolve these errors. Let me know how it goes when you can.

    Thank you for all the advice. I’ve tried everything but deleting my squad in the companion app because it won’t allow me to log in. Even though I logged out of ultimate team.

    You'd need to wait a few minutes after logging out of UT and closing the game before you can access the Companion app.

    Yes thank you I have tried several times after waiting more than 10 minutes. Something with my account seem to be bugging out..

    Are you closing the game abruptly, or are you actually backing out of UT before closing the game?

    Closing the game abruptly might keep the game session active for longer.

    Please try waiting at least 30 minutes after logging out of UT and closing the game.

  • Nah man i’ve been trying to fix this all day so i’m doing everything properly. Currently waiting just like you said but not feeling to hopeful right now. Really appreciate all the support though man!
