Unable to to do any SBCs on web or phone app. All my options are Greyed out!

I was using the app on Tuesday with no issues. When I tried using it Yesterday and today, everything is greyed out. Unable to do any sbcs, view objectives etc. I attached a photo, the error it shows is that the feature is disabled. HELP PLEASE!!!
