please check this out and help me out , i love spending time on the game but this feels like a stab to the chest . look into this and remove my ban please

I'm sorry, we can't look into bans through the EA Forums. Our blog post below shares more about what we can and can't do on the forums:
Our Terms of Service team would exclusively look into banned accounts and see if the ban can be lifted. If they have already checked this out for you and confirmed the ban is correct. I'm afraid that means the account will remain banned.
