Unfair Ban

Hi there,

I have been unfairly banned since February 23rd and cannot access the transfer market. Despite repeated admissions that the ban was wrong and a lack of record of such a ban on their penalty history page, my ban has still not been lifted.

Two promos have passed during this time. I've lost millions of coins, and the game has become unplayable due to a lack of fodder for SBCs.

I'm not even allowed to respond to the cases I've raised; I'm constantly told I'm right and that the matter will be forwarded to the relevant departments, but my problem is never resolved. I need help. I've attached screenshots.

    As can be seen in the screenshots, there is no restriction related to coin distribution on the penalty history page. I am asked to appeal from this page, but the issue shown is only a warning, and I had no market restrictions between February 9th and 23rd, so it is not related to this warning.

    It's funny that you unfairly ban a player who genuinely put in the effort, while streamers who make money by advertising through coin distribution and encouraging others to buy coins. You don't even bother to try to correct your mistake.

    I'm not aware of your compensation policy, but I'm sure that in addition to having my ban lifted, I should also be compensated for my coin losses.
