UNFAIR MARKET BAN AND FAILURE TO WORK APPEALS
Hello, I received an unfair and unjust ban from the Transfer Market. I've been unable to access the market for almost a week under the pretext of a "balance transfer." I've appealed three times, but my appeals are being rejected without even being read. The 1000-character limit is already insufficient to explain the situation. I'm uploading detailed explanations and supporting images using the attachment feature. My appeals are always rejected with the same automated email response. Don't I deserve at least a rejection that covers the content of my appeal or an explanation? This is really ruining my enjoyment of the game. I'm sure others are in a similar situation. What can I do? Has anything similar happened to you?

Just so you are aware, all appeals are independently investigated by a member of the team. They simply use templates for uniformity in replies.
If the team has denied multiple appeals, then it means that they have found evidence to support the ban. The best thing we would recommend would be to gather as much additional info and appeal again.
