Hello, I have read all the rules of the game and completed the objective steps in order to open the Transfer Market section of my web account. But I still do not have access to the transfer section of my account. Please help.

If you meet the other requirements here to have that transfer market unlocked, that will automatically be granted once your account is fully eligible.
The full amount of time can vary from one account to the next, so we're not able to provide a specific number of days you need to play or to manually grant access. Just keep playing matches normally as mentioned in the link above and the system will automatically grant access based on your account history once everything's set. Thanks for the patience!
