unpacked Mbappe but i don't have him in the club

hello, i unpacked Mbappe's gold card two days ago from SBC’s pack 83+ x 10. i sent him to my club with all the cards, but I can't find him anywhere. It's like he’s not in my club. I also checked my squicksold cards, but it's not there either. it was a non-replaceable card. I don't know what happened, but support can't help me with this either. what should I do?
