Urgent Support Required – FC26 Menu Lag & Navigation Issue on PS5

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to request assistance regarding a persistent issue I am experiencing in EA Sports FC 26 on my PlayStation 5 console.

For the past 1 month, the main menu has been lagging severely, and I am unable to navigate through the menus or access game modes smoothly. The interface becomes almost unresponsive, making gameplay extremely difficult.

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

• Restarting the game and PS5
• Checking and resetting my internet connection
• Clearing system cache / rebuilding the PS5 database
• Updating the game and system software

Unfortunately, the issue still continues.
