UT Menu Problem

I’ve pre ordered fc26 ultimate edition so I can play the game a week early also bought ea play for the 10 hours free trial just for my free trial go to waste because i couldn’t do anything in ultimate team without the game take forever to register a simple swap card in my squad or when buying a pack. I wait for midnight for the ultimate edition to see if it make a difference and I can say no it doesn’t so I’m 3 day in frustrated because i can’t play the game I want to play all other menus works well just ultimate team not working for me and i don’t know what to at this point i waited months for this game just to can’t play it. So much money to be wasted.
