Still can't log in ultimate team two weeks ago .. always stuck in the attached screen .. please give us permenant solution to the server or refund ...
For an issue with connection like this mostafa_bayome the best thing to do is take a look here: https://help.ea.com/en/articles/technical-issues/problems-connecting-online/
Servers are up and online and have been for the past weeks so this would be something that you need to work on from your end.
