Venturing Out Objective Stuck at 0/1 Foundations EVO Completed

My Ultimate Team Venturing Out objective is stuck at 0/1 for “Complete the Foundations EVO.” I completed all of the required steps, including the Intro to Rewards/Foundations Evolution, and claimed the Evolution. The Evolution then disappeared from my Evolutions tab, but the Venturing Out objective never updated. It has now been over a week, I have restarted the game multiple times, and there is no active or available Foundations Evolution for me to complete again. Because this objective is stuck, my Transfer Market remains locked and I cannot progress. Please investigate my account and reset or complete the objective if possible.
