when this company will respects its customers?

I've spent countless hours playing and endured some terrible aspects of this game, like those who can afford to pay for coins or points, or those who spend money on player upgrades. After all that, when I open packs, I only get the worst players. Why is this company doing this to me? I bought the game with my own money. Do I have to empty my credit card to buy coins and points just to please this company?
