Why bother at this point

Not this week but the week before i contacted on X about 2 games that whilst i was winning the camera froze into the middle of the pitch and I couldnt do anything whicu resulting into losing 2 games after trying so hard to keep a unbeaten streak .. this is awful and ea have not done anything about not even a small compensation .. like always
