Why is no community manager replying when the discussion is about cheating?

Has anyone seen a single community manager reply to valid questions about cheating? The only thing I have seen is someone giving the link to how to report players.  The thing is that EA stopped loo...

Yeah all ive seen is telling people to report cheaters, to remove an image showing a cheaters ea id name or to tell people it might be a skill issue.

cheating is really bad this year but ea haven't told us what is happening to stop it and haven't done anything to try and stop it.
