Will not let me save squad on console or companion App

For some reason FC ultimate team won’t let me save the squad I want. I did everything from deleting the squads. Tried to make new squads. Deleted the software and redownloaded the software. I even tried playing offline to reset the EA server. I reset my internet. I don’t have Ethernet cable to directly hardline the internet. I have tried to delete the squad on my companion app and it won’t let me save any squad on the companion app. It says something about the servers. I play on the Nintendo switch 1 console and after all of this it’s still not letting me save any squad squad. I can’t go into squad battles because it won’t save my squad to use in squad battle. What do I do now? Am I soft banned? Also, on the console I have only one player in my club that has a “not found” label on the player card and the card is gray but in the companion app it doesn’t say that. Is there any other information needed to assess my issue? Thank you
